Ok I've been slacking on my blog posts lately - It may or may not be because I am addicted to a game on facebook called farkle. Also I've been working and taking care of the little one and cooking and all that good stuff.
Tonight I had the little guy's girlfriend over - they are so cute together - they argue all the time and tell each other they stink. So we put together a puzzle and ate string cheese and then we all made mini-pizza's which are so easy and they are pretty yummy - and the kiddo's can help.

put it all together and put it in the oven until the cheese melts.
Yeah I'm a regular Betty Crocker! I did try to make a cake with fondant - it turned out so aweful and it didn't taste that great either - next time Im just buying one.

What a day
So yesterday was awful! I got to work of course running late like usual and my boss is there he says to me that the doors were left unlocked (which I know is bull honkey because I was the last one there and I double checked to make sure the doors were locked. He leaves and then later I go to write a check and the checkbook and cash box were missing. I really think he is messing with me because he always tells me to lock my desk but I forget and really if someone were to break in they would have to unlock three doors, the lock on my desk really wont matter. Either way if someone did steal it - they got maybe $15 in cash and a checkbook with no money in the account - if my boss is really messing with me it might be time to put in my notice.
Anyway enough venting - The little guy was grumpy yesterday - after I got off work I go and pick him up from his grandfathers, about an hour after we were home it was time to make dinner - He didn't like what I was making so he started pitching a fit so I sent him to his room and turned the tv off. When the timer went off he came out of his room and looked at the tv and said "You ruined my day I wanted to watch tv" - It was so funny the way he said it that I just started laughing - which didn't help - but after a little consoling things were good again.
He said to me the other day while we were eating dinner, "you want to play poker" to which I responded "what?" he says "you know Texas Holdem - its a card game"

Do people still buy those things? lol I can't remember - does a kids meal with a kidsbob cd in it count. Because seriously the only cds I have in my car are kidsbob!

On the river
There was excitement at first about going to float down the river - that is until we got to the river. I dropped my car off at the point of the river we get out at and my friend took us to the point we get in at - then he tells me, he is not going and he wants to go home. I'm like "the only way to get home is to go down the river." (this is when I snapped the picture) After a little more kicking and screaming we got on the water - he was screaming as loud as he could (and if you have ever been on the river - epically on a Thursday when no one is around - the sound kind of echos) so I say to him "If you don't stop screaming I am going to throw you in the water" - He stopped screaming. After about five minutes and some hand holding and reassuring he warmed up and then he was his usually funny little self.
When we got to the part of the river where we get out at he tells me he wants to go again. - oh man A series of non stop questions....I say maybe this weekend, he asks what day, how many days is that, etc. Thank goodness there was a little girl playing at the dock, as soon as he saw her he says can I go play... my little flirt.
Latter on we go to my grandfathers house, where my little comedian has us all laughing we made plans to go down the river this weekend, hopefully this time with daddy and maybe my Aunt!
I still have pictures left on my waterproof camera so we have to go again!

Monster
So today was a good day! I got paid and we ate out so I don't have to do any dishes! Also we finally got around to cleaning the little guys room and that took FOREVER. During this room cleaning I asked him to stop jumping on the couch and running through the house and that turned out to be a battle of will's. He started screaming and I put him in time out, then to his room (because he wouldn't stop screaming in time out), then took away the computer...
Its funny because his father is a computer repair technician and I am always on the computer so naturally the little one would be lost with out his technology too. If he gets his computer taken away- he is so funny- he gets sad because he can't play on Kidzui, can't watch his movies, or play his Spongebob game.
Anyway eventually after his loss of privileges the cute little monster says to me "I really want my computer back" and me not being the most patient and loving mother says "well if you quit being a monster I wouldn't have to take your stuff away" to which he responds "Your bigger than me so your the biggest monster and your rawr is louder than mine". *He always has a way of reminding me why I'm so happy/lucky to have him in my life and also not to get too upset he is only 4. :)
After that we discussed different monsters and super powers. He always tells me that he has see vision which is kinda his version of x-ray vision but it allows him to see all the home when we are on the other side of town.
Well I am going floating down the Editso river in the morning and might try and take the cute little monster with me...should be interesting!

Domestically Challanged
Today was one of those not so good days where my little rock star was grumpy and so was the big one. The cleaning to do list just keeps piling up because I don't feel like doing any of it. Seriously I wish I could hire someone to do all the laundry. So my fiancee goes to pick up the little rock star last night from his grandpa's house and they are getting ready to leave - Papa says to little one something about putting on his shoes and does it go on his right foot, his left foot or his middle foot (joking around) and my sweet little boy says "don't be silly Papa I don't have a middle foot that is my wee wee" ; I almost died laughing. I was putting him to bed tonight and he says to me that I need to set up a booby trap for any monsters that try to break in and I realized he is watching way too much TV. So I am going to do my best to clean the house and do something crafty with the little one today! Any suggestions... we bought some oven bake clay and made his daddy a dog, but I think we might try cooking something.

Murder Frogs
So I got these frogs for Christmas from my best friend and I keep them on my desk at work. Thursday when I go into work the little one (Poco) is dead and the big one (Pitch) is swimming around like nothing happened. So we have a toilet bowl funeral for poor little Poco and then for the rest of the day I swear Pitch was staring at me and now I can't bear to look at him because he would never let Poco have any of the food so I blame Pitch for his death. I hate frog drama. Anyway I went and stayed the night at my best friend's house Friday so we could get up early and go yard sale-ing because I am so not a morning person and probably would have missed all the yard sales had I not stayed at her house. We stayed up real late having an exciting girls night putting together a puzzle and we realized we were getting old - because girls night used to be much more lucrative. Well I got all kinds of cool scrapbook stuff for like $5 and I'm so excited to scrapbook and stuff - also I got some cool sponge bob stuff. I get home and my honey is all like "you don't know how to yard sale very well" and I'm like "I am the master yardsaler" and he is "all you don't know anything about the commerce of the front yard business" so Im like whatever... Then we heard the ice cream truck and we were saved from our disagreement by the little one shrieking for joy about ice cream and we get to the ice cream truck and he is all like i want powder puff ice cream and I'm like your a boy don't you want spider man and he is like uh I guess so..... and then I get a look like you do this to him... and I'm like what just because he says his favorite color is pink it is not my fault. Then we went to lunch.
On a side note I woke up the other morning to something very disturbing - my kitten was all licking my chihuahua's boy parts and my fiancee is all like you should take some tips from the kitty and I was like you better watch it buddy.
